Dydrogesterone 10 mg is used to relieve the symptoms of endometriosis (a problem caused by growth of the womb lining outside the womb) and treat infertility due to low levels of progesterone. It also relieves painful periods, controls irregular periods (that come at the wrong time or not at all) and resolves the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
