Medroxyprogesterone Acetate (MPA) 10 mg is an oral progestin medication used to treat various female hormonal conditions, including abnormal uterine bleeding, absent periods (amenorrhea), and endometriosis. It is also used in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) with estrogen to prevent overgrowth of the uterine lining.
